May this week be a sacred time as we serve as the global missions advocate in every local church, nurturing a spirit of missions, and mobilizing into action, impacting people around the world.

Serving in:  Colombia.

Jimmy and Lisbeth are missionaries in the Church of the Nazarene and are serving as Holistic Regional Ministries Coordinators and Church Development for the South America Region. They also serve as pastors in the Mosaic Church of the Nazarene in Chia, Colombia. They have served as pastors for over 20 years, as a District Superintendent in Venezuela and Colombia, and as volunteer missionaries in the Mesoamerica Region.

Jimmy De Gouveia is a personal and organizational coach and is certified as an international speaker by Caracas Coaching, AICM (International Association of Coaching and Mentoring), and member of ICF (International Coaching Federation). He has traveled to different countries of the world motivating young people to be the leaders of the new generation, achieve their goals and develop their strengths. He also has a Theology degree and has studied in different countries like Argentina, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Nicaragua.

Lisbeth is a Human Resources Administrator and was Coordinator for Women Ministries in the Venezuela First District. She has completed her studies and was ordained as an Elder of the Church of the Nazarene in 2020, she also has a diploma in Children Ministries.

Jimmy and Lisbeth have been married since December 12, 2002, and have 3 children: Rebecca, Santiago, and Aaron.

Jimmy has also served as director of ProActive (a Leadership Development, Coaching, and Mentoring organization), president of Jesus La Esperanza Foundation, Venezuela Director of e625, Regional NYI Coordinator for the South America Region, and member of the General Board of the Church of the Nazarene.
